The client, who runs an online store with everyday use products, approached us with the issue of increasing costs of running sales campaigns on Meta. After conducting an initial analysis of the client's account, we took steps to ensure an improvement in the performance of their efforts.
The collaboration lasted approximately 1.5 years, from November 2021 to February 2023.
In the first stage, we improved Meta analytics by directly integrating events into the account via API, as recommended by Meta. After analyzing the changes and testing the implementation's accuracy, we proceeded to expand the client's account.
Thanks to budget diversification into a larger number of campaigns and varying the messages delivered to the audience, we were able to achieve significantly better results.
The new budget represents 140% of the initial budget, but the results have already reached 200% of the initial performance. The most significant contribution to improving the results was achieved through campaign optimization. Testing new formats, messages, and audience groups contributed significantly to the substantial improvement in outcomes.
